Factory space transformed into a flat

Showering in the living room

Conversion of a small open space in a former factory into a one-bedroom flat (67,5 m2).
Given the shape of the existing space, it was challenging to fit a shower room into the floor plan without compromising spatial quality, daylight incursion and the possibilities regarding the location for plumbing.
The optimal solution was to position the shower in the living area with the toilet in the former factory chimney.
